Sundays in Students
It's our hope that through their Middle School & High School years, our students will know the Gospel, grow in their faith journey, and be equipped to go , living out their faith in real life.
Middle School
Each Sunday morning begins with all of our students together for a time of fellowship and worshiping together through song. After worship, the students go into their classes.
6th Grade
Our goal is to lay some basic foundational groundwork for our students to build on in their future years in Student Ministries and in the greater Church.
The curriculum covers “core topics:
- Who is God?
- Jesus: God’s Rescue Plan For Us
- Identity: Who Am I Because of Jesus?
- Knowing God — Through Prayer and Scripture
- Questions About Heaven
7th Grade
“The Thread curriculum shows us how Jesus Christ is the center of the “Big Picture” story of the Bible. We’ll walk from Genesis – Revelation, seeing Scripture as one grand story of God’s redemption of the world
8th Grade
With the foundation laid, we dive into numerous faith & life topics, including:
- Discipleship
- Doubt
- Worship & the Church’s identity
- Evangelism
- Spiritual Gifts
- Suffering
High School
Each Sunday morning begins with all of our students together for a time of fellowship and worship through song. After worship, the students are either released to small groups or remain together for large group teaching.
9th - 12th GRADE
It’s our hope that this year students grasp the significance of COMMUNITY and CULTURE. Community and culture play a major role in our student’s lives. We will explore these topics through the lens of our ACAC DNA.
